Golf Day raises funds for CLASPThe annual CLASP Golf Tournament was held today at the Sudbury Park Lake Golf Course. The weather was very kind to the 30 or so golfing enthusiasts and the despite the ducks walking across the fairways with their new young chicks, the day went of very smoothly. The event was once again organised by Peter Shave and many thanks are due to him for continuing to organise this annual event even though he no longer lives in Sudbury.  Today's overall winners were the team from Sudbury Football Club, seen here being presented with their trophy by Peter Shave.  In second place overall were the CLASP team, led by John Knight and ably supported by John and Sally Collecott and Keith Haisman. We will learn at the CLASP AGM on Thursday 28 June exactly how much money was raised, but for now everyone had a good day out on a delightful golf course, and in very pleasant company.
